Made of hand-blown glass in a multi-layered technique, the middle layer of glass has crackled appearance and the globe has a frosted interior. The glass ball is thick and not too delicate for placement outdoors, with a "stem" portion that sits in the tubular neck of the stand to hold it securely in place. Open at the base, it can be fitted with a DIY lights for a soft, beach-glass type glow. The 24" tall, footed, wrought iron stand is perfect for keeping the ball floating amongst the blossoms in a perennial bed or border.
