12" Tomato Red Glass Birdbath with with Over Deck or Hand Rail Bracket

Support your backyard habitat, even if you don't have a garden! This is a hand-blown red birdbath bowl with a clamp-on wrought iron bracket. Ideal for porch, balcony, or deck rails, the wrought iron bracket has a C-type clamp that holds the bracket without the need for drilling or permanent mounting. However, screw holes are provided on both sides of the bracket to add extra stability if you deem it necessary. Fits railings up to 6" wide and is designed to fit around a curve-topped handrail. The glass bowl is held safely in a metal cradle that has a threaded base. The cradle base then attaches to the handrail bracket. For happy birds, fill the bowl with about 2 inches of water, leaving the sloping rim area for perching!
-Bowl measures 12 1/2" in diameter x 2 1/2" D
-Made of hand-blown crackle glass, so some color variation and bubbles can be expected
-As all glass is subject to thermal shock, it is suggested to keep water from freezing in the bowl
-Wrought iron bracket will fit over railings up to 6" wide
-Bracket is finished with a black powder-coated finish
-Bracket may not be suitable for all railing types.

- Glass is susceptible to thermal shock. Sudden temperature changes may cause the bowl to crack. DO NOT let the water freeze inside the glass bowl. As water freezes, it expands. This puts pressure on the bowl and forces the glass to crack. It is recommended for buyers who live in colder climates to bring in their bowls during the winter months to prevent breakage.

The birds and squirrels have already found the birdbath and have been enjoying the water source. We’ve enjoyed watching them. It’s such a beautiful and colorful addition to my deck garden, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to add a beautiful water source for the local wildlife.
