Do you accept returns?
We hope you are happy with your items and do not need to return them to us! However, if you find that an item does not work for you, please message us to let us know you intend to send it back and indicate whether it will arrive via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We will issue a refund for the item's cost upon receipt of the item in new or saleable condition. The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

I love all of the hooks that I bought. The quality is amazing. They look so beautiful and handcrafted, yet clean and exceptionally made. That gorgeous sweet spot where something has clearly been made by hands with expertise and care. I have been trying to think of other places around my home that I can use things as an excuse to buy more. I'm sure I'll find something soon.
