Do you accept returns?

We hope you are happy with your items and do not need to return them to us! However, if you find that an item does not work for you, please message us to let us know you intend to send it back and indicate whether it will arrive via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We will issue a refund for the item's cost upon receipt of the item in new or saleable condition. The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

All of our birdbaths come with a care card and an informational flyer that explains how to build a better backyard habitat for your local wildlife. If you have any other questions regarding an order, please email us. We are always happy to help!

I love my new bird feeder. I think it looks like a piece of art in my garden. Everyday we see more and more birds feeding from it. Also, the squirrels are not able to get to the seeds, which is an added plus. Very happy!!!
