Do you accept returns?

We hope you are happy with your items and do not need to return them to us! However, if you find that an item does not work for you, please message us to let us know you intend to send it back and indicate whether it will arrive via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We will issue a refund for the item's cost upon receipt of the item in new or saleable condition. The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

All of our birdbaths come with a care card and an informational flyer that explains how to build a better backyard habitat for your local wildlife. If you have any other questions regarding an order, please email us. We are always happy to help!

These hose guides are beautifully made, heavy duty and so attractive in my gardens! With new plantings and lots of mulch, they are the perfect way to keep much from dragging everywhere not wanted. This was a perfect find!

These are excellent hose guides! With so many different styles and options for hose guides these answered all of what I was looking and hoping for: low profile, very simple design, solid material. With rain expected for the next week or so, I won't be able to test them out... but with patience, I will have a chance. When that happens I will share more.

These hose guides are sooo nice, strong, very well made! Excited to use them. Had plastic thingies before and it was a waste of money. Should have gotten these first!
