This handmade copper watering can has a slim curving spout to deliver water beneath plant leaves right to the soil level. Ideally sized for watering small plants, the hammered texture and curling handle give it a vintage European style and an attractive profile that looks great on a bookshelf or countertop. Perfect for watering African violets, tabletop gardens, cacti, succulents, or seed starts. Beware of imitations; this is our original design, based on a smaller antique shop find. We've been making them for nearly 20 years!

Solid copper can be left full of water with no risk of rusting. Antique copper finish is stable indoors and will oxidize to a natural copper patina if left to the elements.

- Holds 1.5 quarts of water OR 6 cups of water
- Made of solid hammered copper
- A thin layer of clear lacquer is coated on top of the solid copper to aid in protecting the finish from acidic erosion

Do you accept returns?

We hope you are happy with your items and do not need to return them to us! However, if you find that an item does not work for you, please message us to let us know you intend to send it back and indicate whether it will arrive via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We will issue a refund for the item's cost upon receipt of the item in new or saleable condition. The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

I love it, would buy more items from this shop!

This watering can looked gorgeous in the photos. When it arrived, there was a soft plastic cap protecting the tip of the spout. As I was trying to remove it – it was very tight – the base of the spout bent inward, deforming the wall of the can! I was not putting a lot of pressure on it, but I guess the copper is pretty soft where it joins the body. I was able to pull it back up into shape, but now I worry the metal will stress and possibly crack at that bend… The joins and weld along the rim and handle look a little rough. It’s still a cute can, but not very sturdy.

Looks like the photos and seems good quality, although a little on the thin side (a little give at the connection with the spout) and pours a little slower than I would prefer for my larger plants. Overall, pretty satisfied and it looks nice in my house.

My mother loved this as her birthday present

This beautiful, unique watering can was originally for used in and as decoration in my garden - it's so lovely it's on a purser's desk close to my home computer area so I can look at it coming and going throughout the day. Well packaged and arrived on time - Love the more unusual look of the pattern base and pouring spot - plus the beautiful color throughout.
