Do you accept returns?
We hope you are happy with your items and do not need to return them to us! However, if you find that an item does not work for you, please message us to let us know you intend to send it back and indicate whether it will arrive via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We will issue a refund for the item's cost upon receipt of the item in new or saleable condition. The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

This is my third order and am still thrilled with my first order. The hooks are strong (we’ve got some intense winds on my roofdeck, and they are beautiful. None of the screws provided have rusted in over a year.
