Do you accept returns?

We hope you will be happy with your items and have no need to return them to us! However, if you find that an item does not work for you, please message us that you intend to send it back, and let us know if it will arrive by USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We will issue a refund for the item's cost upon receipt of items in new or saleable condition. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping label cost.

These trays are well made and very attractive. I have placed a layer of small pebbles covered with water in them and set my orchids on top to have a constant source of moisture for them. So far, the trays are water-tight, and I hope they stay that way for a long time.

Great product. Really happy with the quality.

It was a perfect tray for orchids next to my window.
