Do you accept returns?
We hope you are happy with your items and do not need to return them to us! However, if you find that an item does not work for you, please message us to let us know you intend to send it back and indicate whether it will arrive via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We will issue a refund for the item's cost upon receipt of the item in new or saleable condition. The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

Looked exactly as pictured on arrival, no scratches or blemishes. Unlike many "brass" items on the market, this is solid brass--it looks great and a magnet does not pull to it whatsoever. The spout gives great control for thoroughly but saturating the soil/substrate of potted plants and the volume is enough to avoid refilling constantly.
