The cast iron saw whet owl was as described. I was attracted to it's primative appearance and it is the perfect size for the I wanted it for. It arrived in a timely manner.

Very nice little owl. Will guard over the walkway alongside our front lawn for the rest of his/my life! Got his first complement from the mailman today! Shipping was sloooow. Amazon has spoiled us. Was finally supposted to be delivered the Friday before Labor Day but despite being in the local postal system he didn't show and missed our Labor Day party. And missing that deliver of course added another 3 days to his arrival.
